Broken/damaged items

Our main goal is that you are 100% happy with your purchase! If your purchase is damaged or broken during shipment, or if your item breaks at any point, I will repair the damaged item for free. Unfortunately, as a small business, I do not pay for shipping. Additionally, if your item breaks within the first 7 days from receiving it, you also have the option of sending it back for a refund.

We hope to be able to repair your piece, but please be aware that some of our supplies are limited in quantity and repairs are not always possible.

When I, the buyer, purchase with this shop, I, the buyer, agree to this policy.

Custom and personalized orders

I accept any custom design orders! Please send me a descriptive message of the jewelry piece you are wanting and I will try my best to create it for you! Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded. Processing time is not 1-3 days for custom orders. Processing time (time it takes to create it) depends on when communication is complete and agreed upon between buyer and seller. If I don’t get an immediate answer, I will hold the order until the buyer approves. Please keep in mind that I do not accept cancellations- so please be responsive in order to complete your order. The reason for final sale on customized items is because I hand-make these unique pieces that can’t be used again. Thank you for understanding my policy.

Lost or stolen packages- please add insurance to your package for mailing protection

We are NOT responsible for any packages that have been either lost or stolen (this includes any item that is marked "delivered" by USPS but not received by the recipient). IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THIS, PLEASE CHOOSE USPS PRIORITY MAIL OR ADD INSURANCE WHEN CHECKING OUT. Priority mail and first class WITH INSURANCE packages are insured by USPS. Express shipping is also insured by USPS.

Sensitive skin questions

I make costume jewelry (my reasonable prices reflect that). If you have sensitive skin, I suggest reading the details of each piece or send me a message so I can further research the materials used. I recommend not buying from my store if you are in doubt about the material (I am not responsible for any sensitive skin issues to my jewelry or material/product issues). If for some reason, you purchase, and decide you don't like the material, I have an AWESOME 7 DAY RETURN POLICY. This is reassuring and gives you plenty of time to decide if you want to keep the jewelry or return. I DO NOT accept returns after the 7 day return policy. My suggestion, if the 7 days pass and you do not return, do not wear jewelry if it causes skin issues.

Can the 7 day return policy be extended?

This policy cannot be extended pass the 7 day policy. I feel that the 7 days is more than enough time to decide if you want to keep the jewelry or return for a refund on the item. If you are taking a trip or are gone for an extended length of time, I suggest purchasing when you return so that can use the 7 day return agreement. Thank you for understanding!

If my jewelry tarnishes past the 7 days return policy, can I return?

Sorry, I can’t accept returns past the 7 day rule. My jewelry is costume jewelry (my prices reflect that). Tarnishing is quite normal over an extended period of time. Most chains are plated, making them predominantly tarnish resistant. The longevity of the item's quality depends on how the item is worn and the maintenance of it. The coloring will last longer when kept away from water. I recommend NOT sweating/swimming/showering to preserve the longevity of the item. Avoid perfume and other chemicals. Rotate wearing your costume jewelry. Do not wear the jewelry out by wearing it everyday for weeks. Proper care will keep your costume jewelry looking new for a very long time. By following these tips, my jewelry collection lasts a long time.

Can children wear jewelry?

This is a parental decision for children 18 years and younger who purchase from my store. My shop is not responsible for any issues that can occur if a parent decides to buy or approves for a minor to buy. Custom orders can be made for any age, but can’t be returned.

Warning: small pieces (rings, clasps, connectors, chains) can be used to make jewelry that a child could potentially choke on. DO NOT LET CHILDREN PUT JEWELRY IN THEIR MOUTHS OR SLEEP WITH JEWELRY ON.

If I return jewelry using the 7 day return policy, but I used the free shipping coupon, will the original shipping to me be deducted from my return?

Yes, a standard shipping fee will be deducted from your return. If you return, the free shipping deal will no longer qualify and the original shipping charge to you will be deducted from your return. Free shipping is only available if you spend a certain amount (currently available to any domestic order that is $35 or more spent). If you return, you will no longer qualify for the free shipping deal since you are no longer meeting the $35 threshold.

Can I sleep in jewelry or wear in water? What happens if my piece of jewelry rusts?

In order to maintain the coloring of the jewelry, please do not sleep in it. I do not recommend wearing jewelry in water or getting it wet since it is mostly made of plated finishes. I find all my chains hold their color for a long time and are good quality if treated right. I suggest buying gold or silver filled if you are going to be putting your jewelry in situations where you constantly sweat, get wet, or have sensitive skin. Wetness will, over time, wear down any plated jewelry. Wipe off dampness immediately if you notice it. I recommend storing your jewelry in a cool and dry location to prevent tarnishing. My shop is NOT responsible for any damages my jewelry has to a person or property regardless of the situation.
